In my opinion NO, you can practice some routines but thats all, being a PUA is getting out of your confort zone. Girls that i didnt consider atractive i had no problems being myself so I would be natural because i perceive them as " Men" zero value of interested so i wont be nervous and my body language would be off the chart so and i would be a bit lunny. BUT IF YOU CONSIDER GETTING OUT OF YOUR CONFORT ZONE AND GOING TALK TO AN UGLY GIRL THAT YOU IMMEDIATLY NOW YOU WONT HAVE ANYTHING WITH THEM BE MY GUEST.

Its all about what your are confortable or not if you are confortable opening uglies and getting numbers dont do it.

I say it depends how many girls you've done already. Say you only did like 1-2 girls then id say do it for the experience. If you've done like 5 or more id say no, go big. BUT if ur a player and did like 20+ id prob do a ugly girl if i needed to be emptied

Unless she's untouchable with a large pole (Get it?) then I dont see the problem. Dont think you need to constantly aim for the cutest girl in the room, especially in your developmental years. I'll take laying a few dozen uglier girls than striking out a hundred times and laying one or two hot girls.

In the end...they all have the same thing, like the above post, as long as I can stay hard when I look at them naked, it's all good.

However, I'm assuming that's not the case, and what you really want to ask is whether or not ugly chicks are good for practice.

Know that:
1. Ugly chicks, in particular the really fat ones, generally have terrible personalities. They tend to be lazy, boring, irritable whiners that blame everyone and everything else for their problems. I used to talk to fat chicks for conversation practice, but honestly, they're not worth the hassle, they'll just bring you down to their level of negativity.
2. Ugly chicks have completely different behaviors than good looking girls and therefore are not suitable for practice if HB's are your end goal.
