So i was at a christmas party... chatting it up with a girl i knew previously, things went well, kino, kclosing, etc... and before we went out to the bars she asked if she culd sleep over.

You did the wrong thing by getting pushy. The second you got pushy is the second she realized all you wanted was sex and that increased LMR.

At that point, you should have remained calm and polite and simply said "I understand" stopped all form of contact, kissing, etc.. and put in a film, or got up to check your emails, just do something that doesn't involve physical contact with her and freeze her out. You don't have to be rude about it, just act like you're not bothered and get on with something else.

Freeze out for 5 minutes then try again, if you get LMR, do it for 10 minutes. Keep freezing out until you get somewhere.

I don't usually agree with a lot of oldschool MM3 anymore, but the freezeout definitely works.

I've been experimenting with really building sexual tension and being ultra aggressive and dominant recently, and that works great when you've already fucked at least once, but trying to push through LMR is a losing strategy more often than not.

Yeah you start pushing that increase the LMR. She alreadys know she is going to have sex with you she is a bed with you, just be calm and dont show that you are looking for is sex.
