Ok so I have two problems that I feel will have an impact on my game. One problem is my hands always shake. Even when I'm not nervous my hands shake. It's hard to get kino going when my hands are shaking and making me look nervous. Another problem is that my eyes sometimes twitch for a little while. It's due to stress and lack of sleep. How can I handle these problems with confidence?

I say - make a joke about it to a girl

Say this "Hey Pleased to meet you blah blah
then bring up "Sorry, my hands shake alot. Its pretty funny cos combine that with my eye that twitches, and im like a supervillain from james bond"

say it in a confident cocky way. That would literally be hilarious, she will laugh.
It shows that youre confident, you dont care about those physical "problems".
In fact, you care so little that you are able to make a joke out of it
