I'm wondering how many types of game are there? Inner,Outer,club,etc.

inner and outer are the upper echelon of game types

all game falls under the two, most falling under outer, since inner game is really all just one thing...

then under outer game falls day and night game, and then those branch out to things concerning hired guns, clubs, bookstores, single moms, your daughters babysitter, etc.
