Does anyone have any tips on how to become the amog? I've heard stuff like slapping guys that you know on the back when you encounter them and saying "hey, how's it going?" or squeezing the shoulder... Would you do the same with women that you know (obviously being gentle)?
What other behaviours might the amog perform? Does the amog have to be the centre of attention? If so, how does he achieve this?

I'm acquainted with pretty much everyone at the clubs/bars that I go to, but I don't really speak to them that much (maybe a couple of minutes of conversation here and there). I'd like to be able to join their groups and such to increase my social status and thus become more attractive to women.

i am also interested in this. the message im getting is be the guy that starts stuff. be the one to sugest stuff. then people will follow you and get used to doing what you say. leader = amog. + look intimidating and learn how to handle yourself

I could do with being more sociable but I often don't know what to say to people. I guess I figured AMOG tactics would do best because, though I'd like to socialize more in general, I want more than to be just another guy in the social circle - I want to be the king.

Nothing wrong with wanting to be the king but AMOG'ing wont get you there.
