once i had an instance where he would show up 25 min too late..he did apologize beforehand and sent a text to warn me, but it still is annoying. one the one hand you have to show that its not ok, on the other hand you dont want to poison the SPAM from the beginning.
so whats the right thing to do? the first time it happened i simply said that i consider myself invited to something hot (drink). but what if it happens again?

Espcially if it's the first time or something that happens on a rare basis.
On the other hand, if it's regular, I'll either point it out, or turn up late myself by half an hour, they usually get the hint. _________________ Been there, done it, oh and still doing it!

Next time this happens, i would say she can go home after not being able to give a good reason and to return when she learns what the word "respect" means.
