The thing is, Ive been reading/watching SO MUCH PU material without almost any practise (due to LTR) that Ive literally got information overload. I really LOVE seduction and the ideas of attraction, qualification etc, and Ive used some of it in my 3 year LTR, like being more dominant, alpha-male etc with great success.

However, the relationship is over now and Im about to start out, but WHAT DO I START WITH? dude, Ive seen blueprint where tyler says natural is the way to go and routines sucks, at the same time Ive been hearing Jeffy fucking 100 girls with routines, Ive read MM, MB, 60 years of challange, everything!

Ive lost ALOT of friends due to too much computer gaming but also cuz of being such a pussy and spending all my time with my girlfriend, some friends have moved to other cities and countries and Im kinda alone SPAM, I only have 1 real good friend, the others is just friends that I know sure, but Im not in any way near them.

I go to college, Im kinda good looking, Ive heard like 100 of times "you are hot", I work out, been doing it for 4 years now so Im muscular, I train MMA but SOMEHOW I doesnt seem to feel worthy a hot girl when I see her, Its like I just FROZE UP, DESPITE of getting atleast 1 makeout every time I hit the club just by being on the dancefloor.

Ive never ever done a cold approach, err yes I have, like 3, but I got blown out after a while.

Ive only slept with 2 girls in my 22 year life, probably because I spend so much time with my computer and I dont have a big social circle.



However, I wanna start out NOW, planning to go out atleast 3 days a week,but I need a PLAN, SOMETHING to ground myself in.


I was thinking of using the magic bullets structure:
Open, transition, attraction, qualification, comfort, seduction as something to have in mind in conversations, would that be good or what do u think?


Another problem I have since watching blueprint is that it got me MORE inside my head, because now Im somehow unconsiously thinking "am I more reactive?" "am I in state?" "am I in the moment?" "who is the most present?" and shit in social situations and it fucks me up.

I also really dont know who I am, or my values.....



I do believe that I could be really, REALLY great at this, because I really love seduction, and I love girls, but I just need to get my tummy out my ass and fix my social skills, alot of ppl think I am very social and stuff cuz I look that way, but Im not, and people can seem to think u are weird and incongruent.

Anyway, I appreachiate all help I can get and I promise you (and myself), If I just get going with something I can trust in I will soon be having good success.

Im currently in an LTR of 2 years so I definitely get where you're coming from.

Some guys only learn game and read material but they have no in-field experience.

I was like that too.

For the record,Tyler Durden's my all-time favorite guru;I've learned more from him than any other coach.

To start out,use routines and canned materials.

Guys need to undertand that when 1st tarting out,we should use canned material as training wheels.

Then eventually,you will branch out and off to creating you own material.

Whether natural or not,everone use routines.

An opener,"hi",is a routine.

So start out with learning canned stuff,then natural game will kicc in down the line when you're more socially skilled.

Bu for you to try go natural now would be suicide.

i admit i'm like that sometimes too. but while it wouldn't hurt to read material, you gotta make sure you put to use what you've learned.

personally i love AFCAdam Lyon's material and, probably cuz i'm biased toward a fellow countryman, Troy Dizon Dating. However these are natural and inner game. k-loc is right, before trying any of these, go for routines as training wheels.

yeah don't worry i personally believe anyone can learn PUA as long as they're dedicated and disciplined enough, even those starting out unsociable. so you probably have a good headstart, considering what you said about your physical appearance and what others have said about you.

just practice. approach anyone, it should be easy. i mean i think it's easier in sweden/western countries to do cold approaches compared to where i live. or you could start out with warm approaches with social circles. don't have one? find one/two/a whole fucking lot. you say your in college, get to know your block/room/dorm/classmates. hi hello how do you do act like a fucking politician and shake everyone's hands.

both adam lyons and gambler from the UK. i have heard about juggler, but am uncertain about his origins/whereabouts.

yeah i love both of them as well (no homo). i have read and listened to their material, and the thing is their stories are so inspirational. i mean they used to be losers/nerds/ugly guys back then, and the transformation they've made, simply phenomenal. shows that any guy with willingness can do it

He basically gave his life-story's run down.

So Start off with canned material as we all did,then after a while,you'd be able to come up with your own routines.
