Should I keep talking to this girl on facebook if I am the one that has to initiate the conversation? She does reply and we talk for a good while and she does not give short responses but I also feel like maybe I am bothering her.

She is a mutal friend and lives far away but I would not mind talking to her getting to know her and maybe when I visit her hometown maybe hooking up. Either way My question is should I always initiate the convo?
