i jus coined a new phrase i think, and a good one cos i think we all have a LongTerm-Target in our lifes. not a target you have just met, a girl in your social circle, work or school life, preventing you from all out gaming due to possible repercussions, you have been steadily workin on since you met over weeks and maybe even months, i currently have one at work (2 weeks), typically they get inside your head. possibly cos you know you got at least a 50/50 chance if you just went for it. and its having it so close you can taste it but not knowing if you will ever get it that keeps you hooked and makes you really want her.

once you have field tested approaches, try the most successful ones on your LT-T's and most future targets. trial and error or 'target practice' as i call it. its the only way to find out what stuff works for you. all other girls outside my LT-T's are target practice, getting my skills fine tuned for the girls i really want.

i just found this coming out of my brain replying to someone elses thread. makes sense to me tho.
