This girl that i k-closed and N-closed. i ask her out over a text
and she text me that shes sorry she has school that day and school assignment
also she adds that shes free on the weekend and if its ok with me

What does this mean and what would be the best way to respond to this?

Fuck this illusion of neediness or demanding amigo. She aks if you got time this weekend. It mean no more and no less then: do you have time next week. her text can be interpreted in more then one way, so just ask what she means.

Thanks amigoS. She said next weekend so i just made up and DHV story that i coul not go this weekend cuz I'm going to the bar for UFC fight night. but ye i just told her next weekend is cool with me with out imma let u know on Thursday
