I work in a small casino (95 slots machines, 3 tables) in Nicaragua, there are exactly 10 girls that I like (2 dealers, 2 cashiers, 3 waitresses, one bartender, and 2 supervisors). I have talked to most of them in friendly terms, actually I went out with one cashier several months ago but nothing else happened, basically the girl sent me to the LJBF zone without verbally expressing it.

Now I am wondering if I should try to pick up the remaining 9 girls until succeed with one of them or just do one or two attempts and stop picking up in my workplace. My concern is if I get rejected again the girls could start commenting about me and lowering my value.

Go for it man. What have you got to lose? I wish I had a job where there are 10 girls like that. At my job, there might be one young single girl I would want to ask out and I don't even know if she is single. If you are on these forums then I'm guessing you know something about game. Try to build confidence and take it further with these women. You miss every shot you don't take. If it doesn't work out, try to reflect on what you did wrong. It will only make your game stronger. Then there is the possibility that it might work out for you.
