Posts: 46 | | If a girls acts a bit..Self loathing, as in calling herself ugly or saying nobody cares about her. (The girl in question just told me that she feels like getting a shitload of piercings so that people won't have to look at her the way she is) How does one deal with that?

Posts: 102 | | Sounds like shes pretty upset, unless shes doing it for attention.
If she is legitimately upset about something in her life and is feeling this way because of it, you should be her knight in shining armor.
Give her some compliments and honest opinions about whatever piercings she wants to get if the subject comes up. Make her feel happy to be with you and you cant go wrong.
It does sound kind of like a emotional investment and time waster, but that is your call.
