How much of a bad sign is "normal eye contact"?

Ok i meet this girl at college, we are not in the same class but in our interactions i was recieving IOIs, and i kept flirting with her. Im kino escalating and i got compliance (give hi5 and grab her fingers, she did the same; massage her neck,etc) and she kept the same attitude. But today, while in group i did eye contact with her and she acted like a normal uninteresed girl, keep it for like 3 seconds, then look away.
