Dont know exactly where to post this but here goes.

I have just got a job at a trendy "clubbing" clothes store. Girls there are 9+ but not a target for me as I learnt the hard way not to "screw the crew".
Obviously very gorgeous women shop there.

So what would be the best way to capitalise on this to get my skills up? Anybody been in a similar experience? Do's donts?

Not particularly no

dont be desperate and act like you are uncomfortable with coworkers or customers giving you any hint of flirting. i found that women like to flirt with me at work, exactly because it makes super uncomfortable. if you have not read my thread, this book is changing my life and making me attractive for the first time ever it's Intimate Connections by Dr. Burns you can find a pdf version for free online.

just be optimistic and positive to coworkers and customers, be professional, smile to people, make eye contact, be ok with being embarassed, and dont try to hide embarassment, be open about it. dont be desperate for ppl to like you. be ok with being alone, and accept yourself the way you are.

I bartend 1-2 nights a week (Thursday/Friday depends on when I'm needed), and it's not the same thing but I also get 9's and 10's thinking they can get all flirty with me to bum free drinks. Just dont put them on a pedestal because of how hot they are, just talk to them like you would talk to anyone else. Oftentimes that's all they want too.

Working with hot girls is fun, lots of stupid jokes and if you befriend them they really help you out if you guys hit up the town.

Jobs like the ones we have a great for making connections as well, the only Do's/Donts I would suggest are just what the others have said, don't seem like you're overwhelmed by your surroundings or the clientele

And dont game the girls you work with, the bosses dont like that (trust me I flirted on the only girl I work with at my other job and some HR bitch wrote me up

Still I have both jobs so cant complain.
