First off, if you are not good at bullshitting then you should stray from the cube.

Anyways the version I know, the horse represents the man she is looking for.
So she said pink and white pony.
So you could go along the lines of
- You're looking for a man that doesn't exist.
- You're looking for a man that isn't afraid to wear pink.
You can also ask her where this is near the other items you told her to imagine.
Such as if the horse is near the flowers then you say you are looking for a man that has a good relationship with their friends. (the flowers being their friends)

Honestly it doesn't matter that much what you say as long as it is a generalization it will be right 90% of the time.
