So, I've collected PUA material from most of the "mainstream" sources such as Style's, Mystery's, and Jeffries's stuff, but now I kind of want to branch out into some material that remains largely "underground". This includes material from Juggler, David Deangelo, the Gunwitch Method, Rick H, David X, David Shade, and Major Mark.

Since these gentlemen don't necessarily have any books or anything that is available at a book store or on amazon, where would a guy like me (without a credit card) be able to access their material for free or from another payment method other than a credit card or SPAM?

I recommend David Deangelo highly.

You can illegally obtain stuff in many ways. The most popular are torrent websites.
