I think your discription is too brief, so I can hardly know what is the key point of your problem.
confirm the following list:
1. has she been interested in you before you took her out?
2. if no, then you have to attract her first before you can give any comment. maybe, she likes your mate rather than you.
if yes, then maybe she is doing a shit test. To deal with a shit test, you just ignore it, pretend you have not see her flirtation. do not response to her or revolt her. if you respond to her, that will be regarded as an alleging that you matter her or bad manner or just can not control your emotion. so the best response is no response. trust me, man.
maybe she want to use the technique--dis-interesting--to you, which may make you stick to her as a honest dog. you may ask youself if she is such a sophisticated bitch. if the answer is positive, then you have to make yourself clear that this chick is very dangerous, and you have the chance to be flapped by her in the end. your can try to use the same skill to her, but you have to ready to give up at any time when you are going to fallen.

How far into the process you are with her / how long?
Have you KC / FC ?
and so on.

Though to try and help you out as well, there's 2 things I'm wondering about:

1. Did she know your friend before you knew her?
2. Is it possible that your friend is encouraging her as well to be flirtatious.?

I would suggest demonstrating higher value against her and your friend, starting to freeze her out and getting control of the frame.
