Honestly? I am able to talk to a girl who is on her own, though I never get a close of any kind (unless you call saying good-bye and leaving a close).
Essentialy, my biggest problem is talking to a group, whether it is 2 people in the group or more

I am currently living in belgium as a dependant (I am a student).
Is there anyone living in Belgium who can help me improve my game?
