Basically I split with this ex about 3 years ago. After not being on contact with her since we split up, due to me blocking her on MSN and forgetting about it I unblocked her just out of curiosity, and she started a conversation with me. We caught up with what we'd been doing and flirted quite a lot. At this time she was with a boyfriend of 2.5 years (she split up with me 6 months before this, so she didn't split up to get with him, she split up with me as she said she "wasn't ready for a boyfriend then.)
She said things like I could go on a jog with her (i'm nearly a part time personal trainer), she looked much nicer now with different hair, oh you're still so funny, she's proud of what i've done, refreshing to talk to someone going somewhere, forgot how much she got on with me and things and didn't know why we didn't ask longer-she guessed boyfriend werent a major thing then as she was a bit young and she has boobs now hahah and scared of being single but she said "just the hassle of going throught it all again with someone else when iv come so far with someome"
I was kidding saying she got through boyfriends like carrier bags and she said she'd only had one after me-thanks and I said I'm that special then, and she said i know
I didn't really respond much as I was thinking she wanted me for a rebound relationship etc as I thought she still liked me, do you agree that she would be interested?
After talking to her then, 2 days later her boyfriend of 2.5 years text her late at night whilst at a party saying it wasnt working etc and they split up (presuming her B.f was about to bone some chick!)
Now I haven't talked for about 2 months as my internet has been down and i've been busy
I want to know how I can DHV her and show i'm "better" than her boyfriend? To make her want me etc. I feel I could sort of play the fact i'm going to uni, i.e more successfu;l etc as women like successful people don't they? Well..i'm relatively successful-compared to him anyway.
I mean he was very lazy and i'm different-going to a decent university next year (on gap year)
Also do you have any more info on how I should act, what I should do etc?? Any info at all would be helpful-please post as much as you can! I REALLY appreciate it!
I DON'T want to just end up in her friend zone!! How should I make i'm not in it?
Also, would it be weird asking her to do something with me, if not where would you suggest after it's been so long etc?
