| I'm approaching this as a sales manager.
1. Learn when to shut up. It gives you the advantage. Makes you seem mysterious.
2. Practice small talk, but add innuendo. Remember that sex sells. Use words like Adventurous, Exciting, Exploring, Delving.
3. Be genuinely interested in what they have to say. Hint: Everyone's favourite subject on conversation is themselves.
4. Dominate a situation. There are 4 types of personality, Security, Power, Social, and Conceptual. Work according to their personality type.
5. Always close the deal twice before they sign their life over. That way they can't back out.
6. Remember, they are never rejecting you, just what you're offering/presenting. Present a different way, offer a different thing and they would have bought.
7. The deal is already done. They want to buy, you just need to remind them of it.
8. Over 80% of people are ready to buy on the spot. Add them to your numbers.
9. People don't like to be sold, but they love to buy. They don't want to be hit upon, but want to enjoy the product.
10. Remember the 3S's. Shave, Smell, and Style. Always be at your best and prepair to succeed!
