I didn't read the whole thing, but my advice is relax, wait some days (Remember girls are emotional) after that make something special. If that doesn't work... then talk to her. Communication is key in that kind of problems.

I would encourage you to read some David Shade.

The way to get a girl turned on and really wanting you is through her MIND. You need to talk to her and get her to visualise a fantasy, or something you guys are going to do in the future, or tell her about something you want to do to her, using descriptive language involving EMOTIONS, how things FEEL and how they'd make her feel and how they'd make you feel. A 10 minute phone conversation, or a little dirty text exchange, the day before or a few hours before you see each other, and you can build the sexual anticipation and make her already in the mood.

Secondly, if you're leaving her really sore, what exactly are you doing because that doesn't sound pleasant?
