I agree to an extent because if she accepts the offer of a meet, it's probably because you are attractive to her in one form or another.
Situations make everything, that's why I agree to an extent, situations are what you make them.
Enjoy yourself, be yourself, be fun, be confident, be flirty with a girl that's interested and before you know it, she'll be yours. Just realise when she's giving a green or amber light and move in, because if you don't, women can start putting up barriers and closing doors.
