Hey guys,

Recently I number closed on a girl I have always seen but never really talked to. Long story short, I told her about a classical concert then promptly asked for her number. She gave me to me and told me to call her if a concert comes up.

This is Tuesday, it has now been 3 days. I have not contacted her at all.

The problem, and maybe I am over thinking.

I accidentally ran into her 2 yesterday and the day before. I am thinking that's really bad. We talked and smiled but I feel like I am giving her too much attention.

The concert is on Nov 11th, which means that if I call her now. There is a good chance that she will forget about it when it comes. It's really close to finals.

If I call too close to the concert dates, she might already know about it and bring her friends.

I have invited several other girls to this concert along with my wing. I don't really know what to do. I want to call her this weekend and tell her about the concert, but it's so far away.

Do you guys think it's acceptable to just text her randomly and go for a date BEFORE that?

If you ran into her by accident, then you're not giving her too much attention.

There's no harm in seeing her again before the concert

Alternatively just text her sometime next week reminding her about it.

Ah! Ok. just trying to not come off as creepy/needy, but maybe I am being too distant. Another thing is I have not told her about the concert at all yet.
