Say you frequent a resturant, bar, coffee shop or whatever and you become familiar with the employees. I think it may DLV to over tip them because you like them. What about bringing them coupons for a free meal or something instead?

What are your thoughts? I frequent a nice coffee shop in the morning, but i never tip them. i have coupons for a free meal at wendys. I was thinking about giving them a bunch of those. I personnally think it would be a nice gesture. How would you approuch giving them to them?

Yah you can do that if you constantly come there and basically know all the staff, but don't do it to only one person because they will be creeped out.

Like when I was a teenager, and worked in McDonalds this guy kept offering me to buy beer and other free stuff, I think either he was mentally ill, a maniac, or a pedophile. Thanks god I kept refusing it, who knows where it would have led if I didn't. hahaha oh boy.

So yah just watch not to get stereotyped into that.

Well none of us are teenagers and I wasn't going to buy them beer lol. That is pretty weird.
