im new on this forum, but ive been a PUA for about 2 years, i hit on women all the time using the Mystery Method and it works at the mall and school and around, but im a week away from being able to (legally) get into clubs, and i was wondering has anyone hit on a woman using MM and got blown out because they knew about it???

The majority of women don't spend their time reading men's books on how to pick-up women. I'm sure many of them hear things from friends and know things from personal experience.

But even if a woman does suspect you are using a "method" it doesn't matter if she is attracted to you. Attraction trumps everything. She will let it slide if she likes you.

Think about it this way... if Brad Pitt came up to her with corny canned material.. do you think she would be like: "I know you're Brad Pitt but that line was so lame! Get lost!" NO.. she wont.

Attraction trumps all.

Whenever i get told "oh wow, is that a pickup line" or similar, I just say "yes absolutely, why else would I be over here". You have to OWN it to make it work.

I agree. Its best to be unapologetic in your attitude. If you enjoy the process she probably will to. And if she can't take a compliment... screw her. There are other women to meet.

Don't make it a big deal--if you DO then it will become one if you're called out on a contrived line. In a situation where your game is discovered just make light of it and come out with a bunch of cheesy openers and such.

anyway to the post in hand.

i asked the same question a while back and the response that came back and the conclusion that i came to was that although people are now becoming more aware of the community they dont still know the details of it.

furthermore as long as you dont use a very common opener , for instance mm jealous gf ( ive been given the impression that this is common ) and deliver it with confidence youll generally get a positive response. if not you can always use situational openers or opinion. one that has been very successfull for me and i think it will be for you as i mainly go to bars/clubs which i assume is what you wana do , is just to simply ask " so hows your night going " and smile .

easy peasy.

finally i think that the most valuable thing that pua has to offer is getting a handle on your approach anxiety and also your inner game.
