This girl is into me and has been texting me a lot, like initiating all the convos. She started talking about her breasts and brought them up, so i joked and say are you trying to say they are big and she replied ... wait and see. The thing is she hasn't tried to arrange anything and ive asked when she's next in town. How can i arrange something if she's never in town?

What is your question exactly? If she can't come there then obviously nothing can be arranged... Now if she does come visit then it's a different story

Im just saying she hasn't tried to arrange anything or subtly suggest it. The longer i have to wait the more chance i have to screw up. Wheres a good place to go or should i literally ask her to come to mine since she's more or less suggested she wants it.

Just because she's suggested it doesn't mean that YOU should. (At least not directly)

Invite her for a "fun event" instead. After a fun day/night of flirting, invite her over for a movie and a beer.
