How To Separate a girl from her parents/brothers

Location: West Lafayette, IN
So where i live there is this annual celebration about old America (like Revolutionary War old) and its basically a huge area with shops, food, performances the whole deal. Anyways while i'm there with my friends i see literally 10 hot chicks i'd love to get with but there all with their parents or brothers, or friends and i have absolutely no idea how to separate them from their parents/brothers/friends in that situation.

Anyone have any idea what to do in this situation?
