i recently put on here for beginners about the approach but i want to discuss something that puts the fear of god in any man: APPROACH ANXIETY!!

the truth is AA exists for a reason, because you dont want to be laughed at, shouted at by her or you dont want to get beaten up by her boyfriend!!

i want to address those three points firstly its very unlikely you'll be laughed at unless you do something really stupid like being ultra sleazy or having an inflatable penis on your head!, being shouted at is very unlikely as well i have been shouted at once in my life by a girl thats when i was an afc and quite frankly socially retarded and ive only ever witnessed 1 other guy being shouted at and he was shouted at by the girls female friend, probably because he ignoring her completely in fact he didnt even acknowledge her existence hence why she got pissed off. he went on to become one of the biggest pua's in the uk!
the only fear you should worry about is the boyfriend if hes there she will say so anyway, the thing is as well if you intentionally go out of your way to break up a relationship even after shes told you shes in a relationship then honestly you kinda deserve it!

now thats out of the way on the whys you do it heres the ways to get over it:

i am gonna tell 3 ways to get over it being honest though 2 of these techniques are not mine i ll give full credit to their originators and the third i dont know who came up with it so i dont take any credit for it

firstly heres an nlp technique based on gaining confidence through mental rehearsal, its concept is very simple firstly close your eyes and imagine yourself very confident in something you are good at (a sport, your job) anything you do confidently then squeeze your thumb and finger together creating an anchor of confidence repeat several times, then think about doing an approach then when you need that buzz of confidence fire off your confidence anchor then notice the difference, (full credit to richard bandler john grinder and paul mckenna)
NOW FOR THE DRAWBACK.. some guys are already in their head too much and over analysing material so this gives them another topic to analyse on why it works rather then just doing it.

second technique as it comes to do the approach use pure facts in you head rather then having the image of the girl reject you think: i dont know this girl, i would like to know this girl ill go talk to her maybe have some fun and decide if you want to get to know her better, that is a purely facual comment there is no drama attached to it at all, adding drama to it is what will screw you up its called acceptance confidence (full credit to ross jeffries)

finally heres something that i ve been thinking about how guys are putting girls on a pedestal, they mentally build these girls up to think that these girls are perfect, heres what changed my thinking a bit i saw a clip on a tv channel of a glamour model talking about her career and i noticed something she wasnt as perfect looking as when i ve seen her in magazines her spots where covered in concealer and her makeup wasnt as good, i ve also met an fhm voted sexiest girl in the world and to be honest up close she wasnt any different from any other girl ive met yeah she was an 8/10 to look at and has great tits however shes a bit dim, but not the girl i was expecting! think about this what was that girl wearing when she was born, whats going to happen to her one day, shes gets spots like everybody else, her hair isnt great 24/7 365 days of the year, she probably not gonna have minty fresh breath when you wake up next to her, she burps and farts like everyone else does! the point is she is not better then everybody else, she doesnt have superior genetics because she better looking then other girls she is exactly the same as ther rest of us and when you think about that its a lot easier,
(this is something ive been thinking about, someone else has probably come up with this before me)
