My question is: What do you guys think about sarging a girl in a university class?
Is it easier b/c you have the oppurtunity to see her again or harder b/c if you screw up you'll still see her every other day?
Any good openers/advice to get her interested?

My experience/story: So school started a few weeks ago and on the first+second day I was able to get three girls' phone numbers. They were all in different classes. One blonde, one brunette, and one redhead.

I showed interest in the blonde and after a couple of weeks, she had signs/clues that she wasn't interested in me. So I stopped talking to her/walking her to class (awkward cuz I see her everyday). Was it the right move for me to stop talking to her/connecting or did I screw that up too?

I never saw the redhead in class ever since the first day. So that's whatever.

I think I'm doing alright with the brunette. She sits next to me in class and would wait for me after class (IOI maybe?). But we only talk for like 5 minutes everytime I see her. The problem is that I don't how to ask her out to hang out. I don't know how to ask her to hang out without sounding awkward or needy. Any advice?

How many days has it been man? You're dragging it on too much. You need to be more gutsy and make the process faster. Don't ignore that girl, just say a thing or two to her but keep it short. You only do a freeze out when the girl shows a strong indicator that she doesn't want you/wants to be friends, etc.

And if you want to ask out that brunette, do NOT ask her out! COMMAND her out! Just be like, "I know this really cool place...come with me this Sunday..."

Other than that, work on your kino escalation. Shit. Grab her HAND while she's holding the pencil and start writing with her own hand to show her the "answer to the problem." Just remember that the higher level of kino, the higher level of comfort is needed. So like for example, if she just laughed her ass off 20 seconds ago, smile and say you're in a hurry and kiss her on the forehead or very VERY gently on the neck very close to her cheek as if you "slightly" missed it.
