So like I saw the hottest girl I've ever seen in my life. A perfect 10. I never saw her before, but she was at the cafe. I was already sitting really far away. How would you approach and open a convo?

There are several methods.

1. Walk up to her and ask if the extra chair is taken. She'll say no. You sit down. She'll ask "I thought you wanted the chair" to which you respond "No you looked like an interesting person and so I wanted to get to know you"

2. This one's a little more tricky. You walk up and say "You're distracting me". Give it a few seconds to sink in for her. It's all in the key of how you say it and your body language. She might say "I'm just reading my book, how am I distracting you" to which you respond with "Everytime I try to do xyz, and I look around the room, my mind keeps telling me to talk to you for some reason. So here I am". Something along those lines. Just remember, it can go anywhere from here, but this does work.

3. If you are a regular, walk up to her and say “Hey, I see you here a lot, what’s your name?” She tells you her name, you follow up with something like “Hey, I’m Michael, its always nice to meet other caffeine addicts. I’ve got a group that meets at 6…” and go on from there.

4. For people you’re seeing for the first time who are seated nearby you, just leave a few books or your laptop out, and ask them to watch them for you while you go to the bathroom or get some tea. When you come back, you can easily strike a conversation from there.

Remember, it's not like night game or club game where you focus harder on picking up women. In the day time, their shields are up a lot higher. So just act normal and try not to creep out the girls with too much"gaming".

I'm not really sure what you mean by "cafe?" I live in the US and to me this doesn't really mean coffee shop like the above poster assumed. Maybe I'm wrong. When I think of cafe, I think Ihop or some sort of eating establishment that's not very upscale.
