I noticed that there is this one really hot girl and all the guys around her cuss and try to act all funny, and tease etc. I mean, if I want to get this girl, I have to be counter-intuitive right? They all try to act tough and all so if I'm the "silent" one with the right moves, then maybe I can get to her? I mean, all of these guys make her laugh and they're all so immature and she's basically going out with the "funniest" one out of all of them and I know they won't last for more than a month.

So should I give her a taste of maturity? I was thinking of giving her a very witty and serious neg that will make her think about it deeply and throw me into the "unique" category.

Lol! this is funny i've been in ur exact situation.....EVERYONE hits on the girl but they seem to be going nowhere with her, and you dont know if you should jump on the bandwagon too? lol you might want to try this...idk if it applies to your situation but it worked like a charm with me.....try talking to EVERYONE (guys and girls) be funny when you do but mature at the same time....BUT dont talk to her...at all. pretty much make her think you hate her...but not too much. she'll end up thinking why isnt he hitting on me like everyone (if she really is THAT hot) keep that up for awhile, then slowly start making conversations with her...but keep them short. it'll keep her wanting more and hopefully she'll be interested and take the bait.
