I was out clubbin this saturday and had lots of opening and met a good bunch of hot girls that gave me good responses but instead of going for a close right away I added pauzes like 'ill see you in a sec' and then game other girls and come back later. When returning I had the feeling things went worse and I even got AA because I really liked one of them. Now my question is, should I go for a close right away and ignore a pua rule or keep the pauzes and get better at reopening? Eventually the girl I really liked reopened when she saw me walking on the street and I got her on fb. I had more succes with other girls, going straight for the close though.

I only re-engage when absolutely necessary. If things are going well, keep ploughing and get to isolation and comfort building ASAP. Once you're there you can at the very least get a solid number, likely a k-close, and if your logistics are sorted out then the SNL.

If you leave the set too early, without really having reached a hook point or establishing comfort, then there are so many things standing in your way. Another guy could come along, her friends might want to leave, she might get too drunk, etc. etc. Why leave things to chance if you can keep the interaction going? The only possible reason is if you feel the conversation has suddenly hit a terrible lull and you can't think of anything to say. It's best to leave on a high note, maybe give her a lock-in prop or something, do some other sets, and then come back when you've got some energy and something fun to say.
