I actually saw my oneitis for the first time in over a a year and half. what was weird about was that i got a strong urge to ask for her # even though i know its not a very good idea. Its weird though i'm still very attracted to her and since i never hit it i always wonder what it would be like to do so. do you guys ever have the same feeling with your oneitises and would you ever act on it

But on the other hand, since it's (probably) been awhile since you guys last saw each other, you can convey more of a boyfriend girlfriend frame of mind infront of her and her attraction will grow towards you. Don't try too hard since she probably already knows what kind of person you are but just focus on getting her to know that you don't want to be just 'friends' with her. You have a fresh start, make sure to not fuck up.
