How do you turn a girl while dancing?

Question is more or less in the topic title

i do turn a girl quite often but i'm wondering what is the "smoothest" way to do it. sometimes our hands don't feel comfortable when they get back down after the turn

Should i take HER RIGHT HAND with MY RIGHT HAND? Or should i better use my LEFT HAND to take her RIGHT hand?

On youtube there is a vid about the second move ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfeMtv3aZUw ), tried it yesterday but didnt felt quite good
