okay i understand what oneitis is all about, but how can someone prevent the setting of this most formidable disease. I keep hearing, "Oh there are plenty of fish in the sea, bigger better fish." But the symptom of oneitis is feeling that this one girl is different than any other girl out there. So what im asking is not what you can say to make me feel better but how can i make myself feel better...thanks & preciates

Have you read any PUA material? It will definitely change your mindset. DD had that affect on me back in the day.

The antidote to oneitis is abundance. I believe that answers your first question, though if I misunderstand you please clarify.
