I've been gaming a co-worker the past few weeks (you can read the whole story in another thread I made last night).

We went on a coffee date, I thought it went great. A few days later, I texted her asking 'Let's go on an adventure Sunday'. Here's what happened...

Me: Are you free Sunday? I have an epic adventure planned...
Her: Really? What kind of adventure?
Me: Classified information, sorry!
Her: You never said it was a secret adventure! Lol and strictly as friends, right?
Me: To be completely honest, I can only see you as a friend after the coffee date =)

(This drove her NUTS...)

Her: Lol and why would that be?
No reply....10 minutes later...
Her: How come you could only see us as friends after our hangout? Not that it matters so much, but I'm really curious to find out what about me was not really your type. Enlighten me"

I haven't replied for a few hours now, because I'm not sure what to say. I'm in a higher position now, and it feels like she's putty in my hand. I feel as if she DOES like me...she gives me tons of IOIs, flirts and teases me all the time ("I know you like me, stop playing the fool and admit it...ya dig me =P"), is comfortable with me touching her, etc....

Should I reply with something like "Oh, the same reason you want to keep our 2nd date strictly friendly"....or maybe "Just trying to keep my options open", or should I give in and say 'Relax, I was joking. I have enough friends as it is"

Hmm I hope I haven't dug myself a hole. If I can get her on this 2nd date, I'm GOING to k-close her. I have to.

And she just texted me AGAIN "Go on, let it out"

Should I reply right away, or keep her waiting?

She mentioned being a "bad girl" the other day...maybe I could say 'Because you're a bad girl, and I always get in trouble with bad girls "

Don't answer her lame question, ignore it. She's really into you so don't worry. Find shit for her to qualify herself about and then qualify her, before you know it you'll be in comfort. None of your proposed responses were particularly great. The bad girl one sounds like the best, but actually if you say it what's she gonna do? Prove she's NOT a bad girl to you. That's gay. If you HAVE to say something, say the opposite, like "nah it was cool hanging out with you and you're real nice, but I guess I'm used to dating the crazy party girl types." NOW she's gonna want to show you how fucking crazy and kinky she is!

Haha yea it is a lame question, and I don't want to answer it. At the same time, she gets pissy if I don't text her.....I'd normally be down for a freeze out, but we just finished an excellent first date, and I want to strike before the flame dies out so to speak. Could I just text her something completely unrelated? Maybe a joke, or just "Omg the craziest thing just happened to me..." blah blah blah.

Basically I'm worried that if I don't answer, we'll break contact and the spark will be gone.
