This girl had a major crush on me for years and I fucked it up in embarrassing fashion about a year ago. I didn’t know what to do and basically wrote her a love letter. I was an AFC. Now my game is tight (with new girls that I meet) but I can’t seem to reverse the frame with her. I know she still has some attraction for me but it’s nowhere near where it used to be. She still gives me a few ioi’s but she used to give me a shit ton of ioi’s.

Last night at the end of the night it was just me, her, and this other dude at the bar. This dude is lame and didn’t have a tenth of the game that I have now but he also didn’t write her a gay ass love letter. She was touching this dude a good bit and giving him more ioi’s than she was giving me so I bounced. I felt like I would fuck up my frame even worse if I competed with this dude for her. I was losing the competition anyway.

How do I get the frame back and build her attraction for me again?

p.s. She was trying to disqualify other prospects of mine at one point. So she could have been using this dude to try and make me jealous I guess.
