I hear this a lot... "I dont like your friend" ... from girls in clubs.

I dont quite know what to make of it when it's said because;

A. The friend and I, usually havent been around the set for very long. We have literaly just met them.
B. The friend is never an unlikeable person.
C. The friend in always male.
D. What makes them think i give a shit and that its a good idea to tell me my friends are rubbish? lol

Whats the deal with this? Surely theres more to it that claiming to not like someone you've only just met?

you should really try and stick up for your friend when she says hes not likeable. Maybe neg her a little by sayin she only sees the worst in people (cheekily) or something along those lines.

is it the same friend all the time? if it is then id ask the girls why they dosnt like him and positively encourage him to get out of the habit of whatever is negatively affecting girls. until then however make sure you stick up for your friend when she says hes not likeable. Ill aways stick up for them, of course Its not always the same friend that gets it but one of my m8s seems to get it more than the rest

He has got a habit of not showing much intrest in girls that dont show much intrest in him. It might be because he feels like he doesnt want to waste his time - i dunno, never asked him bout it.
So, if we are chatting to a 3 set and 2 of the girls are talking to him and the 3rd girl is talking to me, he will be social with the 2 girls, but wont initiate much with the 3rd girl that I am talking to apart from the basic pleasantries - "Hi" etc, or playfuly remark on something I say or jump into the conversation when he needs to (like when I ask him a question) etc.

I dont know if this is a bad habit, but I dont see it as one.

I've once or twice told him that a girl said she doesnt like him while still in set with the girl. Its awesome to watch him bust their balls, in a playful way ofc

I have had this, especially if your friend is somewhat passive.
I went through a period of caring (because it was knocking my friends confidence) and here is what i found out. Its a shit test!

If you ask, why? or what don't you like about him, or say something like, "no, honestly he's a cool guy, i promise") You lose!
