How do you get a girl to chase you??

I always end up texting way more than them, I always have to put in the effort and I get little to nothing in return.

What do I do wrong? Not enough value? And how to convey value ? :s

For example:
I got a girls' number and tried gaming her. I have texted her 14 texts or something, and i got back exactly 3 texts.

I was about to quit after about 7 texts. So I texted her a very long text how i really liked her but I sensed that she didnt wanna do anything so I just wished her the best.
3 days later I got a text how she loved to go on a date with me.
I responded enthusiastically and sent her an idea for a date the next day. 1 day later I texted her another 2. I still havent heard from her
just yet (about a week later) i texted her another option for a date, plus i sent her it's ok if she doesnt want to.

seriously i dont know what i do wrong. i get this a lot btw.

You should have said something more along the lines of "I will pick you up at 9"

Think of a cat with a ball of yarn. When the cat doesn't have the yarn it chases it. You have given her too much yarn and now she's bored with it. Also, lay off texting so much. Let them reply, I often dont reply to texts right away because I am busy.

Man you showed WAY too much interest in her. The last thing you want to be known as is the annoying guy.

I hate to say it bro, but I think you've lost her by now. You're acting as if she's doing you a favour by going on a date with you.

Like the other guys said, get her to chase you by not showing your hand. Give off subtle hints like you might be interested in her, but don't flat out say it. Also throw in some playful insults (cliche, i know) to keep her guessing.

14 txts is too much ! I generally stop at the 3rd text if she doesn't respond and just move on. And I dont text a girl 2 txt in a row either, I wont do it unless she replies to my txt.
By keep texting her you appear to be needy and desperate, she would think you're trying to too hard to get in her pant.
You should just stop when she said she want to go out date with you, and reestablish your alpha male value by canceling the date or make yourself too busy to hang out with her.
And when texting, keep it short, girls use word, guys use their actions. Dont fall into AFC trap.

3rd text? I say text her once and expect to receive a reply. If she dont reply then wait a few days and text her again! That should be it. None of this "Oh she must not have got my last message lets text her to see how she is" Guys really whats happened to all the game rules?

Dont appear needy. Just text her and move on.

That's what I mean by 3rd text, not 3 in a row. You txt her then wait couple days and text her again, then repeat it again. By the 3rd tries, if she doesnt respond, just move on. It's good to be persistent sometimes, that's why i draw my line at 3rd try.
It happened before to me, I deleted her number, then she txted me like a week later, and I was like

"who is it?"
"XXX, i thought you have my number"
"Yea, but I tend to delete ppl that I don't talk to or ppl that dont respond, my phone has limited memory after all"
After this, she tried to qualify herself again.

The key is volume.

Don't focus too much time or energy at any ONE girl until she has shown real interest in you. In the beginning keep things casual, relaxed and fun.

Women are in no rush to fuck you. The urgency most guys feel when we meet a woman we like is not usually shared by women. As men we know that we have competition and that any other guy can snatch her up before us. Women, on the other hand feel that once a guy shows interest he is probably going to chase her.

This is why volume is important. If you have 3 or 4 girls you are interested in.. you wont freak out if one loses interest or gets snatched up by another guy.
