Need some advice. Long story short. Broke up with my LDR GF of 3 months. I acted like an asshole on several occasions and ruined the relationship. I tried to get her back but she won't have anything to do with me now. It's been 6 weeks.

I'm not depressed or moping around or anything like that but I just keep thinking about her all the time and all the ways I fucked up such a good thing. It's weird...I never really acted asshole-ish with other girls....only her for some reason. And she was a great girl.

Anyways what's done is done. Any idea or strategies about getting her out of my head?

yeah just go out and talk to other girls there are many outside who are waiting to be approached

The best way to do this is hooking up with new girls, if one doesn't work, go for a dozen. Eventually you will get over your ex, you guys only have 3 months history. My roommate dated this girl for 7 yrs and he caught his gf in bed with other guy because he came back unexpected so he could propose to her on that day. It was devastated but he got over it after a month or so, and now he's with his new gf.
Just move on.

Time if the thing that will get you by, day by day, week by week, concentrate on having fun, building new connections with your life, women and all other area's, interact with women of course, and it'll all be good, it's not a 1 day process.

heres something: you said youre thinking about her all the time, next time you think about her THINK OF SOMETHING NEGATIVE!!! her morning breath before she brushes her teeth, what she looks like when she first wakes up, her burping or farting. basically the more you do this the more you break the association..
go and have some fun!!!

one other thing i used to do this as an afc! IF YOU MASTURBATE, STOP THINKING ABOUT HER, THINK ABOUT ANYBODY ELSE OR EVEN BETTER DONT MASTURBATE!

Thanks for all the help guys. I really appreciate it. I'm planning on doing a few things I've always wanted to do, but put on the back burner for a while...such as skydiving next week and learning how to play guitar.
