hey, whats up guys i broke up with my girl of a couple years a litle while ago. female friends of mine tell me im really good looking and year i dnt think im ugly but whenever i go into a bar somewhere i feel so rusty man. i feel like all girls im attracted to arent into me and all the girls idc about i could snap my fingers and get em realed in. if im so goodloking like these girls say what is my problem. once im with a girl one on one im good but its the intiial contact i have problems with idk if people think im conceited?so they dont approach or what. id thik i was a douche bag too probly but im really not idk whats the deal. talk about venting

You're thinking way too much. Don't assume that people you haven't even met before don't like you, or even have any opinion at all about you. Sounds like your confidence was shaken by the breakup, which happens. You just gotta force yourself to approach women. Go out with friends and open even more often than you thought was good. And follow the 3second rule like it was law, because that may be the best way to keep you from convincing yourself that every attractive women has some problem with you. Go for it, dude

what exactly is the 3 second rule??sorry. but yea man ill see some girls and make eye contact but i seem to play this staring game and i wont get to talk to them untill i feel like im ready which ends up being to long

the 3 seconds rule sais that a guy have 3 seconds to aproach a girl from the moment he spots her. you should do it. it will make all of your negative thinking go and you will be more and more relaxed while doing it.
