At work i walked past her 2 times (we work in different departments) later i busted her on it by negging her on her height then telling her she ignored me the 2 times and i told her shes "getting ruder and ruder every time i see you xx"

She replied with - "Haha mwaaah. You love me really . I promise we will have a decent talk soon xx"

How should i reply to this?? and this is an IOI right?

I say yes reply. Agree that you will have to have a talk some time, but make her bring it up again and set up a time.

You should have gone up closer and ask "REALLY?? Pinky swear me then."

Very playful, and some kino involved. There you are, a grown man working in a department doing this pinky swear thing, it works like a charm and really changes that whole boring office SPAM for both of you.

Then you should have said that you have to go finish up some documents real fast (time constraint) or something and taken your cell out and pointed it at her heart while telling her, "Here, put your number in."

After say...when you're ready to call her, you don't even introduce yourself. You just first start off with the joke you made about her height and she'll know who you are.

Again, all of this was a path you could have taken but to me, it looks like you're lucky and you may still have something going on for you.
