Go a little easy on the negs. You don't want to offend someone that is going to stay with you for a long time. If you piss her off, either one of you will have to leave, or it will be very awkward.

Just be social, talk to her, flirt, kino escalate. I'm sure it will be easier when you both have had a few drinks ;)
