Now I have a girlfriend of a year and seeing another girl for the last month.

I'm losing complete interest. I neither like either of them strongly and I've even lost the appetite for sarging or finding new girls.

I'm effectively emotionally numb when it comes to women and seriously worried this might affect my life going forward.

It could be that you feel like you've learnt all you can learn, even though that's never true, but once you get to a comfortable place where you don't feel like it's a challenge any more, I can see why you'd lose interest.

I know how you feel dude. I struggle through relationships myself. Reasons being is, because we get bored. And WE know we can get better or different girls that night, or a few days or whatever.
