ok so im 17, this girl has just turned 22 or 21 not sure, she works with me...

i was speaking to my team leader (hes gay) and they are best friends. He said shes been played around with a lot of guys that dont want relationships with her, just a shag..

The next day i do a little harmless flirting with her on facebook, minutes later i get a text saying she is round his watching a film and i should go...

i really did panic, as i knew what he meant but i didnt want to go cos i just cooked a pizza and was late evening and had work the next day... It got so awkward and i made an escape, which was actually true...

I texted back saying "blah blah blah, its late, maybe some other time"

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?! I CANT GET IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH HER BECAUSE WE WORK TOGETHER, SHES 4 YEARS OLDER THAN ME AND SHES NOT A ONE-NIGHT PERSON BECAUSE I WAS TOLD SHES EMOTIONALLY CRUSHED RIGHT NOW FROM THEM OTHER GUYS!!

And im working tomorrow with her!! any quick help please?!?!?

To me it seems obvious that you know not to get into a relationship with her, and if you one night stand her it fucks your reputation at work and with that whole group. I guarantee she will bad mouth you because shes already hurt.

Options:

1) Fuck her and continue to fuck her then cut off contact. (would not recommend because it will crush her when shes already at her worst)

2) One night stand her then say it was a mistake and it your relationship should be strctly professional (better but not recommended)

3) STAY AWAY FROM PSYCHO BITCHES (at least ones u work with). This is her she is emotionally fragile, paranoid, and self conscious because of being used many times before. She is not confident and looking for LTR. If this is what u wish then pursue, if not then stay away because u work with her. (This is highly recommended)

If she wants to fuck you can still fuck her as long as its stated before hand you are not interested in a LTR.
