So, I am currently upgrading my high school marks in summer school and there is a 7/10 who sits next to me during English. I am slightly confused as to what is going on in her mind. I can't tell if she is simply wanting to be a friend, is annoyed with me, or is attracted to me.

She is very sociable and will talk to anyone. The difference is when she interacts with me, it's almost all teasing. I in return, playfully tease her. Although today, she seemed a little cross with me, but I think part of it could be attributed to stress from a busy evening ahead of her. To complicate things further, there is a competing AMOG (sometimes he has the upper hand and then sometimes I do) who is a very funny and friendly guy who she seems to spend more time around, but treats him the same as everyone else. This competing AMOG also falls into the "friend role" too often. She seems to initiate more physical contact with him, but doesn't shy away when I initiated it with her.

In summary:
1) what is your take on all of this?
2) why do you think she may treat me differently out of everyone (our "NEG" war)?
3) if attraction hasn't been stimulated at this point I should move on, right?

Any help would be great.

1. ZZzzzzz . . . .
2. Zzzzzzz . . .
3. Zzzzzzz . . .

Move on? Move on from what? You sat there like a garden vegetable. Why haven't you asked her out yet?

For God sakes, do something! Anything! Pull your zipper down and jack off in front of her. Stick your tongue out and drool like you're a freakin' weird ass. Pull your shirt over your head and play cornholio. Do SOMETHING! At least demonstrate to the World that you're ALIVE.

First of all, teasing is good, but drawing out the "Neg war" for too long can result in your relationship getting stuck there. I have experience with this.

You and a cute girl start playfully teasing, which definitely indicates some romantic potential, but then neither of you escalate. What happens then is that your relationship with the girl becomes set in the teasing phase until:

A) The cuteness of it wears off and it becomes boring.
B) One of you crosses a line and genuinely hurts the other one's feelings.

If either of these situations arise, your chances with this girl are shot. I think you probably need to be a LOT more forward than you're being now. When she says something particularly sharp and witty, you could respond with:

"I can tell it's on your mind but you're afraid to ask: I would LOVE to go out with you, provided you're paying."

or

"Jeeez, girl. I really don't appreciate how forward you're being with me right now. At LEAST buy me dinner first."

If she acts completely repulsed by the notion of a date (probably the least likely scenario of all), chalk it up to a misread on your part, and move on. It should be far easier for you to move on than it is for her to say no.

Thanks for the advice. And agree with the first response, "Zzzzz"... indeed. I wasn't particularly sure if I was sold on her personality (hence my hesitation, I'm not really intimidated by her), but I will try what second poster said too.

Just to add to GT's advice . . . remember to have a follow up for a positive response as she probably won't 'ask you out'. She laughs . . . you laugh . . . "Oh . . . have you ever been to . . ." - this is like trying to move a heavy stone. Once you start pushing and you get some movement, you want to generate more momentum and keep it pushing forward. Let the stone sit again and it's like starting all over again . . .
