I red a lot about pua stuff, but i red this vague thing lately, about FRAME CONTROL.

I want some people to explain this in depht to me. What is it exactly? How can you achieve this and how important is it?

Alright.... Frame Control...

I'll try to explain this as detailed as I can:

We all live in the same reality.

But every person interprets it in a different way. Some interpret reality in a way that favors them and they succeed in life, other do the opposite and interpret reality as if they are born miserable.

Here's one belief: "The world is a friendly place"

If a person is friendly to you, the above belief is proven to be true, but if someone is rude to you and then you think "Huh, I wonder what's wrong with him today? that belief is again true.

The opposite belief: "The world is a nasty place"

If someone is rude to you, that empowers the belief. But, if someone is kind to you, and you think "Huh, I wonder what they want?" again empowers your belief.

We all live in the same reality, we all can enjoy everything that this world is worth, but some people just don't allow themselves the ability to have.

For instance if you walk by the street and people are laughing, you may interpret it in a few ways: them laughing at you, or laughing at something else. It all depends on what you believe. After all, reality delivers to you, what your mind "orders".

Here's some frame control when it comes to pick up:

HB: You look really hot!
PUA: Control yourself woman...

or

HB: You look really hot!:
AFC: Oh thanks, no one ever compliments me...

Pick up artists use frame control to give themselves the edge in an interaction. If that power is in the hands of a woman, she may not use it to your advantage. So you have to use that power yourself to influence the interaction in your favor.

Your frame should be that she is lower value, she has yet to prove herself, she has no value until PROVEN otherwise etc etc.

By treating her like a little girl, she subconsciously plays into that submissive role.

A person's mind influences the world around him in infinite ways. The world otherwise would be too simple.

I already knew frame control as putting your frame on "she wants (to fuck) me and she is attracted to me", with the result that you're going to act like she is attracted to me, so that she will be as a result.


But, if I understand it well, frame control in general is about inner game: controlling you mind and believes in order to get the results you want.

What are the frames you can use during pick-up?

- She is already attracted to me
- She likes me
- She wants to fuck me
- ...
- she is lower value, she has yet to prove herself, she has no value until PROVEN otherwise

- ... ?
