How long should you hold contact with each corner of the triangle?
Is it more of a quick glance at the lips with a lot of eye?

Once you have eye contact with her for sure then you glance at her lips for just a second and then look back into her eyes. You don't need to hold the eye contact for super long...just long enough to know that she is looking at you.
