So the other night I'm at the boardwalk with my friend in one of the arcades playing a Guitar Hero and these two girls started watching us (never thought Guitar Hero would help me get girls LOL). Anyways we started talking. I did normal kino routines started getting to know this HB9 and it was great. We found out that we live really close to each other back home luckily. Once we had to leave we said we would definitely hang out when we got home. So I was pretty confident I was going to F-Close on a Day 2 until recently. I've always had to be the one texting her first. Whenever I do text her I get boring responses. Like she makes it hard to continue the conversation it feels like. I don't understand because the other night I was getting good IOI's and now it feels like I'm trying to hard. The plan is to hang out this friday so what should I do before then. I don't think I should just completely ignore her because my wingman is texting his HB like everyday and I think that would piss her off. Any suggestions on how I could handle this?

Push through. My girlfriend is/was text inept too. She rarely, RARELY asks any questions and I had to tell her last night to initiate texting me today because I always do it. Get in there a fluff a little, fix a meeting time, and then bail out by giving a short reply she can't respond to (at this point, you should be pushing for a meeting anyway). Don't let the texting screw you up, my girlfriend gives me the best puppy dog eyes, but can't carry a text conversation worth a shit. I think she just got trained that all she has to do is respond because guys usually do all the work.
