Hi there,

I was on a university website looking up a friend of mine who's doing his mba there, and came across a girl who's doing her phd in another dept. I don't knkow anything about her, beyond the writeup and her picture, but she's quite attractive and seems to have lived in a lot of places like I have. Just wondering if it makes any sense to email her. I mean it seems very awkward. I suppose I could just state the obvious, ie i came across her profile while visiting a friend of mine's section etc etc. If anyone has a more interesting idea that might work better please let me know. I would guess we're both in our late 20s, early 30s so I don't want this to seem like a teenager thing to do
